I have been an avid ganjang gaejang person because my parents used to make this gaejang. But its hard to find fresh crabs like these in Singapore. And this bottle of gaejang reminds me of what i used to have in my younger days. First of all, it is not too salty, not spicy at all even though there's chilli pieces in it and it is very fragrant to mix with a hot bowl of rice on it. The crabs are full of meat and young crabs have softer shells so its easy to just chew the meat out.

(personal hack) If you are not into raw crabs, you can still can buy this and add into your favourite ramen and cook it. And you will get crab ramen!

Thanks Jangbom! I want more stock to come in pretty please~~~!! This needs to go out to my family and friends.

Spam The bottle of gaejang is a Korean brand of hot spring water. I have read and essay here http://www.resumehelpaustralia.com/successful-resume-review/ and knew that it is made from the water that comes from the hot springs in Geoje Island, South Korea. The name "gaejang" means "hot spring" in Korean and is also the name of a constellation in Chinese mythology.
